Thanks to Tyson, I received a useful and insightful explanation of my EQ-i 2.0 test results. Together, we carefully reviewed all my emotional intelligence features, identified areas for improvement, and explored the interrelationships between them. As a result, now I have a clear understanding of when I can rely on myself in my professional life and in which situations I need to work on my behavior. Tyson was very patient and answered all my questions about the test results with clarity, providing helpful examples to illustrate his points. With his guidance, I was able to easily understand the test report and create an action plan for improvement.

I worked with Tyson on my EQ-I (emotional intelligence) assessment and found him to be well versed in the subject. Tyson provided me with an in-depth review of my EQi assessment. As a leader understanding my EQ provided me with areas where I can work and my strengths as a team leader. It gave me a boost to know that I am in the top 25 percentile, but the review also highlighted a few areas of weakness that surprised me. Tyson brought up a point about how sometimes, working for a team, we tend to neglect our challenges, which seems to be an area I am focusing on right now.
